Comfy and Casual with KOODING

As a full-time college student going through lectures and labs all day, the best outfits are always the comfiest ones. It's a struggle every morning deciding if I want to look cute or if I want to be comfortable. More often than not, the sleep deprived me in the morning wins and I'll end up at school in leggings and a hoodie. But for those occasional days that I'm not in leggings or a hoodie, my daily outfits almost always consist of a cardigan over a nice pair of jeans. Cardigans are my way of putting together an outfit that's effortless, but still looking like I tried to dress decently for the day.

Whenever I am out shopping, it doesn't matter what store I'm in, but cardigans will always be the first thing that catches my eyes. They're the staple items in my closet and my goal is to have one in every color (sorry mom). When I saw this long cardigan from KOODING, I knew I couldn't pass it up. I was in dire need of a black one and I found my perfect match.

Dressing for comfort, I decided to pair this elongated cardigan with my raw waist jeans from NA-KD. To finish it off, I wore a simple white tank along with some white sneakers. The loose fit of the jeans together with the oversized cardigan gave it a laid back vibe and made the outfit look effortless. Also, it didn't hurt that length of it made me look and feel taller than I actually am.

For some odd reason, the classrooms at school are always blasting the air conditioner no matter what temperature it is outside so it's a given to always come prepared. I wore this cardigan last week and it was so big and comfy that it actually felt like I was wearing a blanket. I'm surprised I didn't fall asleep in class because of it. And luckily because California doesn't get all that cold (usually), this cardigan is light enough for when the sun decides to come out and play.
